FRANK J. UDINSON is an associate with Martin Law and focuses his practice primarily on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law while also developing a Veterans’ Benefits practice. In the Spring of 2013, Mr. Udinson was accredited by the VA as an attorney to assist with claims for VA benefits. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Udinson practiced at a Philadelphia defense firm representing employers across Pennsylvania in the area of workers’ compensation law. After completing law school, Mr. Udinson was an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases in Municipal Court.
Mr. Udinson obtained his law degree from the Widener University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from DeSales University in 2007. While in law school, he was a Certified Legal Intern in the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal services in the area of bankruptcy law.
